Robyn brings many years of experience in early childhood education and school leadership. She has led and supported well-established preschool programs in both Georgia and Washington State, working closely with teachers, children, and families to create nurturing, joyful, and high-quality learning environments. Robyn’s greatest strengths include staff development, family engagement, and maintaining strong health and safety practices.
What stands out most about her leadership is her hands-on, relationship-centered approach. She values being present in classrooms, partnering with teachers, and building trusting connections with families. She has extensive experience with Bright from the Start regulations and has guided schools through quality improvement and accreditation efforts, always keeping children’s well-being and learning at the heart of her work.
In addition to her leadership roles, she began her career as a classroom teacher and understands the importance of each child’s daily experience. She is passionate about creating welcoming school communities where families feel heard, supported, and connected.
